A: You can request as many designs as you want, but it depends on the package you choose. If you select the Starter Business or Standard Business package, you can have only one active design. If you choose the Corporate package, you can have two active designs.
Q: How fast will I receive my design?
A: You will receive your design based on the package you choose. The Starter Business package delivers designs within a maximum of 48 hours, while the Standard Business and Corporate packages deliver within a maximum of 24 hours.
Q: How does the onboarding process work?
A: You will receive a guided session from the Mirari team on how to submit design requests, request revisions, and track your designs. You will also be shown how to use Trello to easily monitor your ordered designs.
Q: How does the pause feature work?
A: We count active package days as 30 days. You can pause your subscription anytime as needed, but within one month, you can only pause once.

A: Our team will first discuss with you to determine the scope of the project.
